E learning package – making memories
In the UK sadly 17 babies every day will die from 24 weeks gestation, or within a month of their birth. On August 2nd 2009, my family was one of those families. We were fortunate that we had care of a very high standard, which helped us to spend time with our son, creating memories which we now treasure.
Sadly many families do not get the opportunity or the support to spend this time with their lost loved one.
It is my aim to create an e learning package available for midwives, doulas, doctors and chaplains to share Finley’s story to inspire these opportunities for other families. The frame below shows the progress of the campaign which will run until May 31st 2012.
