Organisation structure:
Mel Scott is trading as Finleys Footprints, and profits are made. All services provided are chargeable at the point of delivery. Services provided direct to parents, may be paid for by other organisations rather than parents.
Finleys Footprints and Towards Tomorrow Together were both created by Mel Scott. Towards Tomorrow Together is currently waiting to hear about their application to become a registered charity. Sometimes products sold on this website are sold with a donation given to Towards Tomorrow Together. This will be clearly shown. Sometimes Towards Tomorrow Together products are sold via this website, where this is the case it will be clearly stated, and the pay pal link will go to Towards Tomorrow Together.
Some services are purchased by Towards Tomorrow Together. Where this occurs, agreement has been sought from the trustees. Conflicts of interests have been identified prior to the registration of the charity, and processes put in place to ensure that decisions are made by other trustees.
Finleys Footprints will occasionally work with other organisations to sell products that our members may like. Where this occurs a commission is earnt and this is clearly stated.
Complaints Procedure:
